What Michigan no-fault pays you
Your own auto insurer pays medical care up to your PIP limit, 85% of lost wages for up to three years (capped at $7,455 per 30 days for accidents from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027), up to $20 a day for household help, and attendant care. If your injury meets Michigan’s threshold, you can also sue the at-fault driver for pain and suffering and the losses PIP does not cover. Read the full no-fault guide.
