What we collect
When you submit a form we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, optional email, and depending on the form, the date of your crash, your practice or firm name, and a short description. We also record the page you were on, the page where your visit started, the site that referred you, and campaign codes in the web address (for example utm_source or gclid), so we know which pages and ads bring requests.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security. Our form system does not write your name, contact details or description into those logs.
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use what you send to evaluate your request and contact you about it. Submitting a form does not make you our client; an attorney-client relationship begins only when we agree in writing to represent you. We do not sell your information.
Who sees it
Your request is seen by our attorneys and the staff and service providers who help us run intake and case management, each under a duty of confidentiality. Requests are stored in our client-intake system. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Text messages
We text you only if you check the optional box on a form or ask us to. We store the date you agreed and the wording you agreed to. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Medical providers and patient information
Please do not send patient names, records or other protected health information through this website. We arrange a secure method, and a business associate agreement where required, before receiving it.
